I have a Gore-Tex Kokatat jacket with wrist seals and a neoprene neck gasket. The wrist seals are comfortable and keep water out of the sleeves and the neck, when velcroed tight does a pretty good job of keeping water out. I use is occasionally in the winter and its comfortable in the South Florida conditions.
