Thanks to everyone who sent me info on paddling up in
the Washington/Oregon area. We had a great trip and
everyone was a lot of fun. In fact, it was enough fun
that I think I better get a touring boat to compliment
my ww boat. Can folks comment on some good designs
for the Colorado area. I have paddled Ruby/Horsethief
Canyons and would really like a boat capable of that
kind of river. I can see a trip up to the Yellowstone
area as a good possibility too. It seems like most of
our water is either rocky reservoirs or rocky rivers.
So I was thinking that an indestructible plastic boat
might be best. A couple of boats that caught my eye
are the Prijon Yukon Expedition and the Sun/Riot Max
Velocity for their versatility. What have all of your
experiences been?

Scot
