[Paddlewise] Kayak rescue in Quebec?

My local news station just carried a brief story (with video) about a very
strange occurence in Quebec.  They stated that a kayaker managed to
rescue a father and daughter from a lake, after the father had driven
a car (with himself and the daughter in it) into the lake?  Details
were garbled, and scarce, but the video appear to show a woman in
a short plastic whitewater kayak towing the rescuees to shore.

Does anybody have the full story (or a pointer to it)?
