[Paddlewise] Skirt on before rolling

Yes, I have some advice Peter, DON'T BOTHER.  I have tested putting on the 
spray skirt before rolling up.  Even in calm water I still had as much water 
in my boat as re-entry and rolling up without a skirt.  This was in a low 
volume VCP Pintail, with an ocean cockpit no less.
