[Paddlewise] Reflective deck lines

    Has anyone ever replaced their factory deck lines with a reflective type?
Is it worth the trouble?  I  am curious as to how well the reflective line
works.   


    North Water Rescue www.northwater.com has a brand new product that is
shown on page 31 at the bottom of the Dec issue of Sea Kayak Magazine that is
a reflective deck line "cover". It slips on like a hose covering the deck
line.  It appears to be very thick and reflective.  It sells for $18/pair of
24 inch (61cm) covers.
