I'm looking for one of those rectangular, vinyl, soft-sided coolers that are a lot better than the Mart variety. I know some outfitters use them...they come in different sizes and colors (solid). I've seen them in a catalog and thought it was NRS, but they weren't in the latest one. tx sandy kramer miami *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s). For a selection check out REI (Camping/Hiking, Containers, Soft-Sided Coolers) I think this URL should work, but watch the wrap: http://www.rei.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/CategoryDisplay?cgmenbr=8000&cgrfnbr=5760739&seq=1&sort=1 I have some of the Outdoor Research ones, but they are really expensive ($18). About this time last year I got some from the REI outlet which were much less painfully priced. Actually, this is weird, the Red one is $18 and the Green one is $12 -- but they don't say they are different sizes. jennifer *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s). I suggest the Seattle Sports-Frost Pak. It really holds the cold and fits nicely in my hatch. I bought mine at Sweetwater Kayaks <http://www.sweetwaterkayaks.com/> but I've seen them all over the country. The older Seattle Sport cooler are great. the newer ones are either too big or too small <imho>. When they discontinued the old size we bought up everyone we could find for our guide department. Wildwasser < the US Prijon importer> has a good one as well. welded 18 oz pvc. we sell 'em if you have a hard time finding them. steve aldercreek.com *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
