Pelican has a nice range of lights. I bought the "STealth", which is waterproof to 600', but is a 3C cell light with a Xenon bulb for $23. Their micro and mity lights are AAA and AA, but are plenty bright with the Xenon, and are around $12-15. They're cheaper in my local welding/industrial supply than they are at the dive shop.
