Here's a recipe from "Sandykayak's Kookbook".
Drink this and you will be able to paddle the surf at Cayo Costa and through
the "Soldiers" of Boca Grande cut.
(Any response to this email from Sandy will elicit publication of the photo
on the front page of her cookbook.)
Cayo costa cocktail

a firecracker of a drink
It's a sort of Planter's Punch....grapefruit juice and pineapple juice in
roughly equal portions, some orange juice, generous squish of limes,
grenadine (makes it pink and I guess it adds sweetener and perhaps a bit of
flaVor, if you don't have...use pink grapefruit juice). Add sugar or liquid
sweetener, if desired. Add rum....preferably  150+  proof!!!
