Several years ago I used a marine contact cement called Hydroseal (I think)
to install hip and thigh minicell pads on a Sea Lion (plastic boat). The
pads have gotten a great deal of use in all kinds of rolling exercises, both
in fresh water and in chlorinated pools, and seem as firmly ensconced today
as they were when I put them in. I don't think this particular glue is
still available. More recently, I have bought Mondo Bond for similar
applications.
