The nice thing about the Viking is that there is always a man around to help
put the boat back on the car. My kayak has been out twice now and I've had to
listen to stories about windjammers, sunfish sailboats, jet skiis, kayaks and
a Chesapeake light craft stored in the kitchen.

I'm short, dumpy and over-the-hill. Men just like to feel that boat.

As the proud owner of a Viviane and a man I have to agree with that one.
:-) And you even got it in the best color combination! May you enjoy
your Viking as much as I enjoy my Viviane.

Mike - who usually gets offered help loading his Viviane too!

visible, your reverie is abruptly shattered by the ancient cry of a great
blue heron as she lifts uncertainly from the brilliant blue of a
mussel-shell beach witnessed only by the brooding, wet spruce....your
passage home seems as much back through time as it does through space.
