This is Safety Nazi's Anonymous... ; Safety gear is pretty expensive, after you've bought the boat, paddle, wetsuit, Chotas, PFD, pump, paddlefloat, roof rack and Tec Tour. That's what I started with a year and a half ago. Also, I really had no idea WHAT I needed. Just knew my waters were cold and wanted to protect myself in case I ended up in them. I'm learning a lot from paddlewise and from more experienced friends. "Oh Lord, the sea is so big, and my boat is so small.." So what do the Nazi's think I should buy next?
