CLASS VI WATER IN FLORIDA!>> yuk yuk yuk yuk yuk...what a sense of humor the reverend has..... i already emailed the author of the article to see if he could find out what make/type of boat the paddler was in. sandy kramer who got quite a scare last week when she rounded a bend on the lower part of Loxahatchee River and saw this 5-6' gator sunning himself on a sandy spot... we were both facing the same direction and he scuttled into the water and sank down....leaving me to wonder if he was swimming parallel to me or had turned away from me....or was heading my way. i was in my (yummy) yellow SOT, but could just have easily been in my red folding Puffin...... *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
