[Paddlewise] links to websites

i am updating my website, and following links to make sure none are "dead"
and i found some, that i believe there should be a website for, and i
figured that you folks can probably help out ;-) since i know some of you
belong to some of these organizations 8-) if anyone has a current URL for
any of these websites, i'd apprciate a pointer to them,
