I often surf my kayak in relatively cold water, which can result in a lot of cold water entering my ears. To combat this problem, I wear ear plugs, not to prevent dizziness but for surfers ear. The plugs prevent water from entering my ears and still allow me to hear. I purchased my ear plugs from a dive shop. If the dizziness is caused by cold water entering the ears, this should solve the problem.
