I wished I'd brought my dry suit. And we had a bad weather day Saturday--had to cancel afternoon on water classes out of fear of hypthermia. Horizontal rain, lots of wind. But we spent a cozy afternoon in the lodge hearing a discussions of interesting talks by notables like Nigel Foster and Andy Stamp. As always, the meals were great and the comeraderie fabulous. I took a 3-star BCU training along with 17 others. Of the 13 that took the assessment, I think around 3 or 4 passed! I heard a lot of Coach 3's flunked also. I'm so weird I have to admit it's that very stringency that attracts me to the BCU. No shark, alligator or manatee attacks were encountered.
