I experienced dizziness and nausea after practicing rolls for the 1st time this weekend. Luckily, I was practicing very near a protected beach so I was able to sit down on the sand and recover while the nausea passed. The water was about 55 degrees F (Pacific Ocean off So. California). I couldn't figure out what was going on, so these postings have been very timely in solving the mystery!
