The only electric pump I have found is a self-contained, battery powered pump mfg. by Atwood which is rated at 200gallons /hour. Given the number of gallons of water that a capsized and then righted kayak can hold, that doesn't strike me as being very satisfactory. Peter, and everyone else........I'd sure like to hear about other, greater capacity, pumps that are available, and how they are powered.
