Hi PeterO,

The West System website has a tip sheet for patching
damaged plastic boats, but the result is structurally
sound but "not pretty" patches.  They include
scraping/sanding and flame treating the plastic then
laying up a fiberglas patch.  I haven't tried this yet
as I haven't managed to sufficiently trash my plastic
boat, but I have it bookmarked ready for the day...
