Hi all.

A couple back-channel comments I received about my webshot photos (one of which was a self portrait taken by holding the camera at arms length, pointed towards me, and snapping a picture) triggered the following thought...

Would anybody be interested - and Kirk/Peter, would it even be possible - to attach photos of ourselves to "Who's Who" entries? It sure is nice to be able to bring a face to mind as I read a post. I imagine others may feel somewhat the same, plus it helps "ID" people at symposiums and so forth.

Completely voluntary of course - some folks may have some privacy issues and what not.

Comments?

Rick - Poquoson, VA

G'Day Rick and Paddlewise,
This is definitely a question for Kirk. I would'nt have much problem in
doing this but there may be memory capacity issues. If Kirk feels it is
practical then I'm guessing it would be desirable for pictures to be a
standard format and a limited pixel size. I could probably do some of this
standardisation using Corel to translate picture formats.

By the way I've nearly finished the latest Who's Who entries but I had a
minor problem with Netscape which slowed me down.

All the best, PeterO
