At minimum, he could post an advertisement in the store, and could put the info on the calendar for local paddling group (not a club, just a loose group) called Paddle the Peninsula. They have a sister group on the Northern Neck, but I can't recall the name. Also, try the Mid-Atlantic Paddlers Association (MAPA). MAPA is a non-profit organization that promotes water sport activities in the Mid-Atlantic area. We also, sponsor and participate in many canoeing and kayaking events.
