Hi, My Kokatat Gore-tex drytop does a great job of keeping me dry through rolls and all sorts of stuff. I usually wear a shortie under it for when I miss a roll and swim. If you do swim, the water just comes in from the bottom. I have a Lotus/Patagonia semi-drytop and the construction is equally good. It takes a lot of abuse and just keep on going. That one is coated nylon and I just open the neck vent to let heat out. If your water isn't real cold, this will save you a lot of money. With the Colorado drought, lots of the kayak shops here are already starting their sales. You might take a look at Colorado Kayak Supply or 4-Corners River Supply. They both have website with mail ordering. Scot LAUNCH - Your Yahoo!
