Looks like they may schedule another large release on the Grand Canyon to help re-build the beaches. Great news for Jan 2003 or later: http://www.uc.usbr.gov/pao/exp_flows_glencanyondam.html Also starting on May 24 they will do a steady release of 8,000 cfs for 10 days. 8,000 is really low water for the Grand Canyon, I hate rowing Horn Creek at that water level. They will be doing studies on the river during this special steady release.
