I recently bought my 10 year old daughter the Werner Point paddle, which made 
of fiberglass and is for kids.  I paid around $75 for it new, and like the 
other Werner paddles, it is worth every penny I paid for it. I think the 
sizes it is offered in is 190cm, 200cm, and 210cm. It is a two-piece and can 
be used feathered or unfeathered. The shaft is a smaller diameter for kids' 
hands. She is using it with a Wilderness Systems Piccolo kayak.
