My 26 year old daughter and I are planning on going sea kayaking around Vancouver Island the first week in September. I have experience paddling, but my daughter does not. I want this to be an enjoyable experience for my daughter (and for me too!) and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where we could go? I was thinking the Gulf Islands, but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions? Also, if you do have suggestions, is there anywhere close to that area where we could rent a kayak for her?
