Apparently, one company has a monopoly making charts for British Columbia, NDI. I've done a preliminary search on the Internet, and it seems to me, it's quite impossible to find any sort of free or used or "Not For Navigation Purposes" el-cheapo charts of Vancouver Island. Call me cheap, but I am looking for used charts of the area. Does the government really keep people from selling older charts?
