Apart from the obvious source of these bags, I just bought some from Lee Valley Tools. Six 4 litre bags for Cdn$1.00 (marked down from $2!). I'm going to use them for supplemental floatation behind the bulkheads in my PAX 17. I don't know if this is a regular stock item or not but the package contained an LV plan for making a wall holder for a bag.
