Yep, I don't measure the ratio but I'll throw in a bunch of vinegar, maybe add some warm water and let the shoes sit for a hour or so. Then I dump out the liquid and let air dry. I can't believe how bad the shoes will smell if they get wet if I get stuck running in the rain...... 8-) RANK, is not a strong enough word..... 8-) Back to LurkMode.....
