[Paddlewise] Sore Heels

I used to get sore heels while paddling- I now use Yakpads heel and peg
pads. They are small gell filled nylon pads that fit over your footpegs and
hang down to the inner hull to cushion your heels. They are thin enough to
work with water shoes or sandals or they are comfortable when barefooted
too.
