[Paddlewise] Gloves and Cuffs, Home Depot, may be Lowe's in U.S.A.

At least for kayakers in the U.S.A, I also noticed Home Depot carries these
type of gloves in the cleaning supply area, long, black neoprene.  I would
assume Lowe's would, too, but alas there are no Lowe's in my area.  And for
those people in the Upper MidWest U.S.A., Mills Fleet Farm has them, too.  I
had to search to find extra Large.
