As the result of a highway incident yesterday, my number one boat, a Seda Swift (kevlar) got severely crunched . The deck adjacent to the rear hatch got squeezed, compressed, with such force that deck is cracked/split away from the hull on both sides next to where the deck and the hull join. The bow also got crunched so severely that it can be moved sideways slightly. The decision whether to repair or replace is hanging on the question of whether or not it can be repaired. And that question in turn hangs on whether there is anyone or any business, preferably on the west coast, that does that type of specialized repair work. Would any paddlewisers have a recommendation or two about who might do that kind of work, or where I might turn? Like......... HELP !!
