Dave, even here in Anchorage, there is at least one business that does/would do that kind of repair. I strongly recommend that you flip through the yellow pages under either marine or boat repair - anyplace that repairs large vessels can also repair kayaks....the only caveat being do you trust their craftsmanship.... Worst case scenario, box 'er up and ship back to Seda, who I am sure would be glad to repair her for a modest price....
