Everyone,

I hear a lot of people saying that they like the Bomber Gear backbands. I
installed Snap Dragon backbands in a couple of my kayaks and loved them. Then
for the heck of it, I put some Bomber Gear backbands in my double, and I don't
like them. They are a bit too tall and stiff, and the material is abrasive on
the skin. Of course, any backband is better than the "lawn chair" seat backs
that most kayaks come with. By the way, I find backbands more supportive and
comfortable, and better for laying on the back deck. I can't even understand
why manufacturers make the "lawn chair" seat backs. I already ordered an Snap
Dragon backband for my Squamish.
