Stephen-- If you have a folding boat, my favorite is Loreto to La Paz. Fly into Loreto, Fly out of La Paz. There is a little resort for restocking water on the Mainland near Isla San Francisco. If you can manage the 18-mile crossing from San Francisco to Partida, you get the best of the La Paz area without having to paddle the whole bay shore, which looks tedious on the charts.
