[Paddlewise] Thule, white rubber bumper...

A few years back I purchased a used set of Thule racks that had a white rubber
bumper over the square Thule bars.  The rubber was the type of stuff you would
find on a boat dock to keep boats from getting scratched when they come in.
However, this piece was different in that it not only had the D shaped cell
for padding, but it also had an extra square cell that the square bars fit
into perfectly.  I have spoken to Thule, retailers, friends, boaters, and many
others but I still haven't found any.  So, is there anyone out there that has
seen this stuff?  Is there a manufacturer or retailer for the bumper tubing
that I am talking about?
