Mike,

I carved a *back of thigh rest* from cc foam and velcro'd it to the keel. In
the center of the foam I carved a long G stick like channel through the foam
and it actually works in holding a G stick in place while reentering and
rolling or used outrigger style. You can skip the *back of thigh rest*
approach and just carve a 5 inch wide block of foam with a channel to hold
the paddle and keep it on the deck as other foam paddle float users do.

Cost: 5.00 USD
Time: 25 minutes

Have fun,

Rob G
