Paddlewisers: I'm planning to spend a week in April with my family in Ponce Inlet, Florida, about 11 miles south of Daytona Beach. Can anyone recommend sea kayaking in that area? Would it be worth the trouble of bringing a foldable on the plane (from NYC), or are there outfitters in the area where I could easily rent? Would I be able to practice rolling, or are the waters so shark-infested that I should just spend the whole time in Disney World? Many thanks for your suggestions.
