G'Day, James, I 100% agree that it would be difficult to learn Pilates without a live instructor, especially the use of abdominal muscles and the method of breathing. For those of us who can't attend lessons regularly, a book or video may be a useful additional facility. I certainly hope so. And thanks Paul for correcting the author and title spelling - the instructor was between classes, in a rush and working from memory. She was very enthusiastic about the book.
