G'Day, I promised to ask about references for the Pilates exercises. Have been away for a week but got back to the gym today and the instructor strongly recommended an author called "Brooke Silva". She was not sure of the title but thought it was something like "The Pilates Method". The other instructor recommended using Pilates exercise video's when I was travelling (which seems to happen a lot these days).
