No, the Sea Lion really was 17' 2", not longer. Classicly in rotomolded plastic, and then later they made some in fiberglass starting around 1995, but using the same shape & size. As others have mentioned, the Eclipse is a slightly modified Sea Lion. The length didn't change. Like the others, I'm very very skeptical of a 19' Sea Lion.
