[Paddlewise] Sealer for bulkheads

 I don't recommend most silicone sealers, since they typically don't have
 the durability you want.  I suggest 3M 5200 Quick Cure Marine Sealant as
 a far better sealer.  Very tough stuff that sticks tenaciously to
practically
 everything.
