Good morning. I'm thinking about buying a food dehydrator, or at least keeping my eyes peeled for a lightly used one. So, what do I need to look for in a food dehydrator? Temperature range? Number of trays? Special features? A particular brand (or one to stay away from)? Any and all advice is appreciated!
