Again - a bit late, but....

I've put some on my website: http://www.onwatersports.com and click on
movies in the upper nav bar. I don't have one on sculling however - I
try to keep the boat on edge as much as possible using balance and then
use good torso rotation while staying in the paddlers box - spreading
iceing on the cake - I've seen too many people scull with the arms
extended putting lots of pressure on the shoulder.

Anyone else?

While we are on the subject of strokes - how many people recover using hip
snap with a head dink? Or j-lean to head dink - or bring the
knee-bone-to-the-chin-bone - or when I drop my head (either to the
shoulder or the arm pit) my knee automatically comes up?

There are many ways to put it of course! I heard a rumor recently that it
might be bad for the neck - but as I work in an office of physical
therapists I showed it to them by modeling on the floor and they said "you
have to teach that? It's a natural way to recover by keep your head on
the same plane". I told them it had something to do with wanting to breath
(!) by keeping the head up and out of the water.

My high brace video shows what I mean....

Thanks,

Andree
