G'Day, In a moment of madness I volunteered to organise the evening meal catering for 13 odd people for a kayaking trip on a very isolated island, for 10 to 14 days, depending on the weather. We need a mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian meals, stuff that can be cooked on a minimum of pots, and a menu based on a mix of perishable and non perishable food as the island has a freezer, which is reliable some of the time. There are fish and seaweed on the island. Any ideas for camping menus or recommendations for books describing them would be gratefully received, either back channel or through Paddlewise.
