We use http://groups.yahoo.com/ just 'start a new group' and it'll walk you thru the process. super EZ, free (except for the ads), and a piece off cake to set up. we have a number of groups set up to keep track of everything from the Lower Columbia River Water trail to commercial education offerings at the shop.
