Upon reading "Domestic" contract of Alaska Air once again, I've found $25 over-weight charge for "transportation wholly on the same carrier" - well, whatever it could mean, it is still in Domestic contract, not in International one. Flight wasn't non-stop (change of aircraft in USA for another one of the same Alaska Air, without checking-out of baggage), but this shouldn't change the discrimination between domestic and international ticket, when it is sold for the whole USA-Canada flight.
