Like a wetsuit, you do tend to stew in your own juices. But having 
fleece on the inside makes the experience much nicer. Wash it when you 
get home and it doesn't stink.

I would be very comfortable in fuzzy rubber under those conditions. I 
wore my top Saturday on a WW river over a thin poly T-shirt. Sunny, mid 
to upper 70's, water temps < 50 F. We played a lot, so I was 
consistently wet, and completely comfortable.
