[Paddlewise] Cockpit covers

G'Day,

I recently bought a neoprene cockpit cover. Recently, after leaving my boat
out in the rain with the cover in place, I found the cockpit contained a
fair bit of water. Also the underside of the neoprene felt damp. Is it
possible for neoprene to leak water? If so is there a treatment to stop
this?
