I don't know if anyone can help here but its worth a try. I bought my Wilderness Tempest 170 at REI in Roseville, CA. This weekend my son & I went to Tomales Bay for an overnight campout with our two kayaks (the wind was to strong to paddle) but on the trip down I lost my rear hatch cover - it is somewhere out on highway 80. I have a trip planned in two weeks and I'm playing with fire without that cover. I went to REI and they cannot get though to Wilderness and are forced to just leave messages with no call backs. I went to Wilderness' website and they have no information on how to contact them or even have an email address to write to. Can anybody help out there?
