The best duct tape residue remover I know of is a can of good old WD-40 - the custodians in the dormitories swear by it...carpet tape, duct tape, etc etc. Works great. Never tried it on Hypalon but figure it can't be much worse than the solvents mentioned. I use some Dawn dish detergent to get rid of the oily residue.
