   You might try ordinary lighter fluid.  It's nothing but naptha, which I
think is unlikely to damage the Hypalon hull.  I find that it works for many
sorts of glue -- particularly helpful for removing sales labels (you know,
the ones that shred when you try to remove them). It's easy to work with,
the fumes aren't too bad, and it's cheap! Try it on a small section of the
hull first, of course.
